Bubba's Signature Flatbread September 16 2019



Say goodbye to traditional Pizza and flatbreads with this signature dish from Al "Bubba" Baker. Using his famous Boneless Baby Back Ribs, the NFL legend has discovered yet another way to bring his favorite food into his favorite recipe. It's easy, inexpensive to make, and above all else, delicious!



Bubba's Boneless Ribs — Original or Honey

1 Flatbread

2oz Cheddar Cheese

White Onions, Peeled and Julienned

1oz Olive Oil

2oz Brown Sugar

2oz Red Wine Vinegar

2 Tbsp Balsamic Glaze

1oz Fresh Arugula



Prepare Bubba’s Boneless Ribs according to package directions.

Heat saute pan with olive oil. Once warm, add onions and saute over medium heat until caramelized. Slowly stir in Red Wine Vinegar and brown sugar, then reduce to a simmer until sauce thickens.

Preheat oven to 350°F. While the oven is warming, top flatbread with Ribs and caramelized onions. Sprinkle cheese on top and place into oven until cheese melts (approximately 5 minutes). Place fresh arugula atop the warmed flatbread and drizzle with balsamic glaze.

Serve simply, and enjoy!
