Southern-Style Slaw May 08 2018
When we think of the ideal partner in crime to accompany our Boneless Baby Back Ribs, we can't help but think of coleslaw. It's sweet yet tangy, and aside from being easy to make, it also doesn't require many ingredients. This summer 'slaw is one of our family's favorites, and we just know you'll love it!
1 head green cabbage, finely shredded
2 large carrots, finely shredded
3/4 cup best-quality mayonnaise
2 Tbsps chopped green onions
2 Tbsps sugar, or to taste
2 Tbsps white vinegar
2 tsps celery salt
Freshly ground pepper
Combine the shredded cabbage and carrots in a large bowl. Whisk all other ingredients in a medium bowl, and then add to the cabbage mixture. Mix well to combine. Add more salt, pepper, or sugar, if desired.
